My my My my
Seven Lakes Lacrosse
For those lacrosse athletes looking for an opportunity to increase their fitness and performance level for next season before school starts, please see the information below about the strength and conditioning camps offered by John Steele.  John trained a few of our players during spring break last year and he is expanding the program for the summer (you probably also saw him at several of our games and at our banquet).  The training will be conducted in a trainer led session in a small groups.  If the designated times fill up, more can be added.  If interested, sign up via the google doc link or contact John directly if you have any questions.
Fitness is a key component to overall performance and injury avoidance.  These summer sessions can be a great place to set a foundation  that can then be built upon during fall workouts and the spring season.  This is also open to others outside Seven Lakes Lacrosse if siblings or friends want to take part as well.  I hope many of our athletes can take advantage of this opportunity.
